We are the only organization in the city providing summer camp services to children of lower income families at no cost. Our summer program offers many activities that support our scholars academically, emotionally, physically, socially, and creatively. We emphasize the values of respect, kindness, inclusivity, cooperation, and compassion.
Last summer, we had a total of 112 registered students: 32% elementary, 47% middle, and 21% high school students.
The summer program offers services 5 days a week for 8 weeks (June-August).
Registration opens yearly in February.

As a nonprofit we bring support, resources, and hope to our marginalized and underserved neighbors throughout the Charlottesville community: children and teens, families, single parents, senior citizens, and the disabled, homeless and incarcerated.
